Join us for five nights and four days of Pilates in the “capital of
casual” on the beautiful 7 Mile beach in Negril, Jamaica.
Excel Pilates DC will provide a variety of Pilates Mat classes, special
topics Pilates workshops and stretch classes to deepen your Pilates
practice. We will make an excursion to the lush mountain getaway and
spring-fed cascades of Mayfield Falls. Indulge and treat yourself to a
massage. Go snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding or just relax on the
beach. Plan ahead for next year’s winter getaway!
